A Taste of NSW Abalone

The Abalone Industry Association of New South Wales invites you to ‘A Taste of Abalone’.
An opportunity to try this delicacy at a special exclusive event in conjunction with the Eden Whale Festival.
Enjoy locally harvested blacklip abalone (Haliotis rubra) served eight different ways, prepared by renowned local chef David Ahrens of Free Range Catering.
Grand Matriarch Distilling, a local Sapphire Coast micro-distillery, will be operating a bar for the evening with a selection of cocktails, wine, beer and soft drink available for purchase.
Talented local crooner Lochie Marson will be providing live music.
Ticket price includes the following menu, cocktail on arrival and entertainment.
