The South Australian Food and Beverage Industry Awards Hall of Fame Breakfast is the rare opportunity to meet and network with representatives of our industry’s award-winning food and beverage businesses.

Tas Mitani, Managing Director of Mitani Group and the 2022 Hall of Fame inductee, will join Catherine Sayer on stage as the special guest.

The Mitani family pioneered the commercial production of chicken salt in 1979 and has since grown to become one of Australia’s most innovative food product developers, supplying some of the country’s largest companies with stuffings, dressings, seasonings and other value adding components.  You will hear about the early chapters of this family run business and how their innovation has led to their success. You will also have the opportunity to meet and network with other Hall of Fame members as well as industry leaders and businesses.
